700 Spland Road Limited Partnership is a partnership between Ntityix Development Corporation (NDC), the economic development corporation of Westbank First Nation, and Hungerford Properties, a 100% Indigenous-owned, second-generation family business. Together, the partners address the need for quality rental housing options on Westbank First Nation (WFN) reserve lands through a shared commitment to community well-being, collaboration and sustainable development.
The partnership was established to create modern, accessible housing solutions that foster a sense of belonging, pride and connection while reflecting the natural beauty and cultural richness of WFN territory. Built on shared values of respect, teamwork and a collective vision for the future, the development integrates contemporary amenities with environmental stewardship and thoughtful community planning.
