COMMUNITY

ORGANIZATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

Acknowledging community service is important because it allows community members to be aware of the work being done in the community and possibly gain interest from other individuals or groups to join or support the cause. I am grateful to know the work that I am doing within the hockey community is making a difference and decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health. My long-term goal is to get other sports involved with the initiative.
