Since 2002, Indigenous Corporate Training Inc. (ICT) has been equipping individuals and organizations with the tools they need to work respectfully and effectively with Indigenous Peoples. Founded by K’axwsumala’galis – Bob Joseph, Jr., ICT creates a safe and engaging learning environment where participants gain essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes to support stronger relationships. Through courses, workshops, an online Indigenous Relations Academy, and a widely read blog and e-newsletter, ICT reaches thousands each year, helping bridge cultural understanding in the workplace and beyond.

With a mission to make the world a better place for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples, ICT plays a vital role in reconciliation and relationship-building across Canada. Whether it’s through in-person training or accessible online resources, the organization empowers people to engage with Indigenous communities in a way that is informed, respectful, and impactful—laying the groundwork for long-term collaboration and systemic change.
