Touch of Culture: Weaving Indigenous Identity, Art and Connection Through Creative Enterprise

Touch of Culture is an Indigenous-owned creative business founded by Pam Baker (Himikalas/Sewid-duuk), a proud Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, Kwakiutl, and Tlingit designer, artist, and cultural advocate. Rooted in traditional knowledge and guided by the teachings of her Elders, Pam creates handcrafted beadwork, textiles, and wearable art that reflect the richness of her cultures. What began as a personal journey of reconnection has grown into a vibrant platform for cultural expression, storytelling, and community engagement.
